Our payment plan allows to pay in six installments over the construction period instead of paying 100% upfront. Below is the current payment plan. Note that there is some flexibility to adjust the installment percentages but this may increase your villa price. Full payment is required by the construction completion date.
Reservation is 100,000 THB on deposit.

Each villa can be purchased with a furniture package that comes equipped with everything you’ll need on a day-to-day basis. The furniture package completes each villa thoughtfully with all the essentials, from cushions, curtains to unique local handcrafted decoration pieces. Our purchase contracts provide a comprehensive list of all the furnishing items and appliances included with each villa.
